4. Client Obligations
To achieve optimal results, the client agrees to:
Provide timely access to website backends, Google Analytics, Search Console, and other necessary platforms.
Ensure all information provided to Coreminds Digital is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.
Notify us within 10 days of any significant changes to business operations, contact details, or website architecture that may impact our service delivery.
5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
Fees: All service fees are outlined in your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA). Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the intensive resource allocation required for digital marketing, payments made for services (including setup fees and monthly retainers) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Late Payments: Failure to settle invoices by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of services until the account is brought current.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreminds Digital shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Fluctuations in search engine rankings or traffic.
