• “Customer,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual, architect, contractor, or corporate entity visiting our website or purchasing our products and services.

• “Products” refers to all architectural systems, hardware, components, sliding doors, pergolas, facades, and related goods supplied by Soranzo.

• “Services” refers to consultations, custom design, engineering support, technical estimations, and project coordination provided by Soranzo.

2. Use of the Website

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and enter into commercial contracts with us.

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, product catalogs, CAD files, BIM models, images, and software—is the property of Soranzo and is protected by intellectual property laws. 3. Quotations, Pricing, and Orders

• Estimates & Quotes: All project quotes provided based on architectural drawings or specifications are estimates until a formal contract or purchase order is executed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

• Custom Specifications: Because our systems are tailored to distinct architectural requirements, profile tolerances, glazing parameters, and structural tracks, any changes requested after production has commenced may incur additional charges and affect project timelines.

• Pricing Changes: Soranzo reserves the right to adjust product pricing due to fluctuations in raw material costs, currency rates, or supply chain expenses prior to order confirmation.

4. Payment Terms

• Invoicing & Deposits: Standard commercial terms require an agreed deposit (e.g., 50%) upon order confirmation, with the balance due prior to dispatch or installation as specified in the formal invoice/contract.

• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of manufacturing, delayed delivery, and the accrual of interest on overdue balances at the maximum rate permitted by law.

5. Delivery, Shipping, and Installation

• Timelines: Delivery dates and lead times provided are estimates based on current production schedules. While we strive to meet all deadlines, Soranzo is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, shipping disruptions, or site readiness issues.

• Site Inspection: The customer or their appointed contractor is responsible for ensuring the installation site is structurally sound, accessible, and prepared according to Soranzo’s technical specifications prior to delivery.

• Risk and Title: Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery to the designated site or carrier. Ownership (title) of the products remains with Soranzo until full payment has been received.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

• Product Warranty: Soranzo products are manufactured to rigorous quality standards. Specific warranty terms, coverage periods, and maintenance requirements for our sliding systems, facades, and pergolas are detailed in separate product-specific warranty documents supplied upon purchase.

• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation by third parties, structural settlement, misuse, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized alterations.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soranzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits, project delays, or structural rework—arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.

7. Confidentiality

• All architectural layouts, proprietary design plans, CAD drawings, and customer data shared with Soranzo are treated with strict confidence in accordance with professional non-disclosure standards and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without consent.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our products/services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

• Soranzo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted directly on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
